Police/Fireman Designs

In the US, tonight is National Night Out.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community and provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

Great cause. Great reason to get out there and give back to our communities. So as I prep my kit for tonight, I realize that I have no real designs for police or fireman. I can probably do little blue police hats or the red firemans hat, maybe some badges. What I could really use is some references or inspiration of other designs.

Do any of you have some great resources for Police or Fireman designs or overall safety? I expect a lot of dogs tonight, but I've got that covered. Google has not been my friend today.

Well I didn't end up finding anything but I did a play on Margi Kanter's puppy (much like my frog profile) and added a police hat.

For some reason our NNO people always host at the pools and no one ever wants painted.

for firemen you could do the flames part - flaming football, etc., flaming skull, plain flames. switch it up and do blue/yellow/white flames.

Sherriff star is pretty cool, add the letters in the star of the actual department?
