My first entry is a Garfield and friends theme. I used: Colors from the Paradise rainbow cake, Wolfe white and black, Tag brown, and Loew-Cornell golden brushes.
Step 1: trace out the entire design in white.
Step 2: add in the color, avoiding the white lines from step 1.
Step 3:Trace black outlines, shadows, highlights, stripes, other details, and and a string of white dots from Arlene all the way to Odie.
Peace, paint, and lasagna!

cute! great details. to get the photos right side up, try cropping them a tiny bit, saving, and posting the cropped version. i discovered this by accident when it happened to me.

The design is a base of of my favorite princess, She Ra! Had the castle, had the unicorn, had the action figure. So, I was super inspired even though my design included a UNICORN! My nemesis in face painting. I used Wolfe white, black and gold, cameleon steampunk, FAB pink of some sort, ziva blue, tag light blue, yellow, orange and red! oh and GLITTER!

Thanks! That unicorn gave me the fits. Doesn't help I had to paint without my glasses on! You know a little about details Caitlin02...you design is super tiny and detailed!

Thanks jlirie! It was one of those great painting dAys. Before I started, I was like, "Are you kidding? You picked a unicorn to paint? You are crazy! "
