TAG! You're It!!! Jan-Feb 2015

This is the premise of "Tag, You're It": The person before you on the list sends you a PM telling you what they want you to paint ...and you have two days to come up with it and post it.

We have two teams.
~When you are done with your painting, tag the next person on your team
~IF you want to play, just add your name to the bottom of one of the teams list (you don't have to ask to join) then repost the list with your name added.
~When you are tagged, you have 2 days to complete your design...if we don't hear from you, it goes to the next person on the list. (Your turn is forfeited and if you want to try again, you need to put your name on the bottom of one of the lists)
~When you complete your tag, remove your name from the list, PM the next person on the list with their assignment; you should also put the info in the thread so others know who's been tagged and what they are to paint.)

Please post your name as it appears under your avatar...if you shorten it, especially if you are new, by the time we get to your name we may not be able to find you on the memberlist if it is not EXACT!

Thank you, that was a good challenge. Especially since i live very near where Charles Schultz did. Someday I'll buy one of those practice heads, do you guys use them? I always want to spend my money on more paint colors.

How fun, love the rainbow wave. I don't have a practice head, unless you count my daughter I'd love to have one some day.

roses will be a good challenge, i'm not a one stroke person

well, i was going to practice face painting tonight, so decided to do my next tag already - "roses"

paola, i realize if i dont do the tag right when i see it i will forget about it. So thats why it was so quick. and for the fireworks i looked at firework clip art to get the inspiration .

All good Stay Silly! You're dragon is 10 times better than what I would have come up with!. As for a favorite painting...that's gonna be a tuff one, lol

auntie stacey- the silver is the paradise brilliant argente (silver) in their brilliant (metallics) palette. it is fabulous. opaque, shiny and goes on like liquid silver. best texture of all the colors in that palette.
i am rapidly depleting my brilliant palette doing these tags and other practicing!

krissiemarie - i like how you got the dark sky behind the colorful fireworks, i need to practice that.

staysilly - great colors and details in your dragon!

melissah1982 and amylady - my face painting has improved just by doing tags since last fall, and being motivated to practice in between, and i still have a ways to go to the level i want to be at.  so keep at it!

Love the owls and the fireworks!!!!

I didn't use an arty cake Paola just mixed and matched.
I'm not so happy with his legs unfortunately, but i love his face!
