Insurance? Business License?

Where do I go to get insurance for Face Painting? I'm very new to face painting and I've just been participating in Jams and different volunteer things. I am also looking into getting a business license but I didn't want to do anything before I know for sure this is a long term thing. Any tips/advice?? Where do I start?

Specialty Insurance Agency is widely used by face painters for individual (not business) insurance.
