Which colors do u prefer? newbie HERE

Hi All,
I am new what are the best face paint brands out there for these colors that you LOVE?

Azul Blue
Lt blue
Lilac
Dark Pink
Yellow
Orange
Dk. Brown

These r the last to add to my kit and I dont know which brand is the best to represent these colors. TIA!

Well I'm a fan of TAG and DFX for those colors myself.

But here's the kicker, you have to be careful with mix matching different brands; as not all brands have the same 'base' formula. The most common bases for good face paints are Wax and Glycerin.

Glycerin = easy for blending, longer dry time, shorter shelf life, does not work well when applied over top of wax base.

Wax Base = Quick drying, longer shelf life, shorter blending time, works well when applied over top of Glycerin base.

Colors are such a personal choice and are based upon your personality and style. That being said, not all face paints are created equal. I prefer Diamond FX and TAG. They are similar and are both top quality paints.

There are also other good brands out there. I'd recommend buying a variety and trying them out for different types of work.

I use paradise, snazaroo, tag and DFX so far. Had anyone tried Global Colours???

I haven't but I have seen pitcures and they look vibrant!
I use cameleon and dfx for black and white

Some of the Cameleons are pretty vibrant - the orange juice and the marshmellow pink.
