Aussies I need your help.

I've been painting a lot lately and uploading pictures of my work to my personal Facebook page. I've had quite a few offers to paint at parties just from this. It is something I would like to do proffesionally and as my job so my question is what do I need?

I know I'd need a blue card and an ABN but I'm at a loss as to what else. Can I even get a blue card being self employed, the website didn't have an answer to that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance

A blue card is for working with children? Am from the Northern Territory and we call it an Ochre Card up here. Yes you will need one also Public Liability insurance.

Peachymango (sorry, I don't know your name ) is right - Duck for Cover is who most of us use for insurance, which you should have
