Very cute! Lucky you. It's so snowy cold here, I'm sure fall will pick up with a big baby boom!!! Nobody can leave their home.
Re: yay... the second real belly painting
What did you use to put the image on with first? Was it a stencil or did you freehand with a body marker?

Re: yay... the second real belly painting
@ amanda... its some transfer paper you draw what you want and then place it on the belly.. make it wet and its on the belly... lots and lots of time safing.
Re: yay... the second real belly painting
The coon is so darn cute!!! I'm going to research to find that transfer paper. My last one I did it free hand and that takes longer than an expectant mother should deal with...haha:)
Re: yay... the second real belly painting
You can use the paper you use for baking, what is it called in English, wax paper I think...
Just draw a picture on the wax paper with a marker (not a permanent marker!!!) and put it on the belly.
You can color the drawing in with the facepaint, so easy!
Saves lots of time!

Re: yay... the second real belly painting
@ creabella.... if you draw on bakingpaper how does the drawing comes on the belly?? also making it wet??
Re: yay... the second real belly painting
No, if you work with baking paper and a (non-permanent) marker, is it important to put the drawing on the belly immediately after you finished drawing the design on the paper.
(Before the ink dries up)
At my bellypaint class the teacher even did it with a pencil. It has to be a soft pencil (4 or 6b?)
But I think the marker works better, even washes of easily.
