Very nice! Much prettier than my old swoop the bangs out of the way look. Will use this idea next time I even need to get my own out of the way. Thanks! Your videos are excellent!

I am always putting my own hair back off my face with the princess twist, but used mini pinch clips because I couldn't get the bobby pins to no stick out all goofy like. Hate those little pinch clips, looks like little lumps in my hair Thank you for posting this - that half-flipover on the pin is genius!!!

Re: Princess Twist- getting the bangs out of the way
I go to most parties wearing a headband.
When a child has hair in their face, I take it off and place it on them.
One time, a mom made a face at that idea and pulled something out of her purse to fix the child's hair. I thought "I don't have lice, really!"
This would be a helpful option. thanks

Ooo- I don't have lice either- but some of the kids I paint, would scare me to death to share my head band. I am liceophobic

Brrrrr..... Me too...... Here we are all almost traumatised by those stupid little bugs!
My girls have been victims by them after almost every holiday for 3 years now!
Checking and coming them with the special comb is a, multiple times a week, routine...
I hate them!

The twisted pin is also very great when you want to put up your hair!
Take a tuft of hair, put up, pin-twist-pin it!

Love this idea. I tried it at my last gig... as the mother of 2 boys, it became obvious that I've not had much practice with little girls' hair. It may take a few times!
Re: Princess Twist- getting the bangs out of the way

And it never fails that a girl with heavy bangs wants a design that is mainly on the forehead...argggg!
