It is an animation on tv from the seventies.
It is about a Family of creatures who can transform themselves in anything they want (huup huup barbatruuk)
All their names start with Barba....
Barbapapa

Well, I think it's just parts of Europe, because I could only find Dutch, French and Italian versions of episodes of Barbapapa!
