How much to pay a Secretary for small party business ???

Hello, I run a small fairy party business  with 6 fairy contractors and with having 3 small children , need a secretary to answer calls and take bookings.  Wondering how much to pay a secretary?, do I pay per week?, per booking? (commission)
Any help or ideas most welcome:D 

You would be better off calling local secretarial or phone answering services to find out what they can offer you. Some just answer phones, others can make appointments.

Wages are regional and there is no way for us to tell you what wages are expected in your area.
