Good Morning!  Hope everyone is enjoying some morning coffee!

I'm Maria from Western PA.  I've been lurking and reading posts for a couple weeks now and loving it!  I'll be adding my story to the Nutty Lady thread as well.

I've always been a creative person (quilter, teddy bear artist, mostly fiber arts...never brush to paper or anything to do with painting), but lost the motivation a few years back.  I am so glad that I was at an event a few months ago for work, and there was a lady painting on faces. (I say painting on faces because she was in no way what I would call a professional since she was painting with paint that cracked and fell of the kids faces an hour after she painted them!) I don't know why, but this inspired me to get out of the rutt and try something fun.  

So here I am and looking forward to learning from all the great talent here.
