Thank You from Pashur
I would like to write a letter to say "Thank You" to all who have supported me in 2009.
I have met some amazing face and body painters this year all across the U.S. and Canada at my workshops, at conventions and gigs, that I now can call friends. Some people I have grown close to as great friends, and it was finally nice putting faces to names and e-mails.
Thanks to those who took the a day off from work and from home and family to come to my workshops. For those that did, I hope everyone has taken what I have showed you and used it to your advantage, making you better painters, making your gigs go more smoothly, increasing your revenue, and motivated you to get out there and paint for the wages that you deserve! Hopefully I have been able to teach you to think outside the box a little, to come up with your own designs, and not just mimic other designs that are out there. At the end of my workshop, you should be able to say "Look what I can do NOW!" instead of "Look what Pashur can do."
Conventions and workshops are important to face and body painters, but the costs do add up. Hopefully I offered a class that was reasonably priced.
Thanks for the compliments and praises I have received from many of you on the forums, personal emails and by phone. It means a lot to me that you are willing to share your positive opinions of my classes and of me as an instructor and person. It's great to know that I have touched your lives, and hopefully taught you some new face and body paint tricks to make your lives easier.
Thanks to everyone for your patience, putting up with my numerous emails and forum posts in your email inbox. Some might think I am being excessive with my mailings, but I just don't want to miss anyone! It is difficult when there are so many forums out there not to repeat yourself, because you don't know who is on each forum. Please make sure my email addresses, PASHUR@CANVASALIVE.COM and PASHURCREATIVE@AOL.COM are not set to spam so you can get all of my updates and news.
Some amazing things are coming up in 2010 and I can't wait to share them all with you, including the VERY LONG awaited face and body paint products, merchandise and some other cool surprises.
If there is a class you would like to see taught in 2010, please email me off list, as I would love to hear from you.
I hope that the face painters and body painters out there who don't know me or haven't taken one of my workshops, will give me a shot in 2010.
Again, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Let us all grow together and never stop learning.

Looking forward to taking a class with you in the future (FABBULAS 2010??)--it was a privilege and an honor to have met you and get painted by you at FABBULAS 2009...you have inspired me to continue mastering my skills and now I feel so much more confident as a painter! You rock, Pashur!
