Canadian face painters near Ottawa... someone?

Hi guys!

Recently I moved to Ottawa and I discovered that there are lots of face painters. Some look more professional that others, prices vary between $30 to $95 hr (Big range!).

I was wondering if someone would be interested to get together in person or in the web to develop something more standard that would give value to everyone for their job without undervaluing or overvaluing the talent of the others.

I might be thinking that I live in wonderland but I truly believe that a strong group of face painters with similar standards either in price as in quality job when it comes to safety standards in the area, can have more impact when you sell your skills that competing against each other...well after all we are competitors but will be nice to have honest competitors.

Maybe people can think twice when they hire those one with no safety standards.

Just hoping to find someone interested on it with me.

Hope they are interested, competency here is really hard, lots of people all kind of prices and since I just move to the area (I used to be in Barrie) I am practically starting from zero

Hi I am in Kingston , and often work in Ottawa. The market there, as in here in Kingston has become FLOODED with cheap and crappy painters  There is nothing you can do about it except work with the good ones, and keep showing the public why professionals charge what we do I assure you I am not cheap !! Give me a shout

The market everywhere is flooded with cheap and crappy face painters.
I cannot compete with them.
That is okay with me...
because they cannot compete with me.
It is like comparing oranges and grommets.
