I remember seeing a German painters car that I really liked. It had stars and circles with a face in each one, and the shapes had different colours of outlining, so they really popped.

I used vista print and designed my own rack cards. It took a while but I think they have a program to upload your high quality jpeg pics (over 1000 pixels).
