Do I need a contract for volunteer ?

I'm just starting with the face painting business I have a long way to go but I need advice please :oop I'll been doing volunteer for a pancreatic cancer walk and this is my 3rd year doing face painting for them,all the people are new and the affiliate ask me for my contract and like I said I'm just starting and I'm putting all my stuff together I don't have a contract now so what do I do? Go to www.pdfescape.com and create one. It is easy to do and the best part is it's free! It is a PDF file so anyone you send it to can just type their info right into it and email it back! Hey Erica! So many thanks for the link to the PDF writer. Question, once I have my contract in there, and I do, how do I down load the file? It gives me a code, does that have to go on my website, or can I email the file to clients?

As for having a contract for volunteering, it is always a good idea, and note how much you would have charged, so that they realize what they are getting! Also, it protects you, I still have my conditions in place even when I am volunteering, for some reason, when you volunteer all of a suddent you don't need shade anymore...always a good idea!
