I used snazaroo sparkle blue and pink. Wolf brothers black, yellow and white. I used a mix off different brushes and sizes. I love cats, so I thought I would do something with them in it. My two cats sit like this at times were their tales cross into hearts.

My first SBS!

My goal was super simple and fast. This design is one that I do year round for bulk events:
Products used: one stroke TAG bashful, TAG Snake, Wolfe White/black, TAG pearl pink, Kroyolan red, TAG pearl yellow, favorite chunky white glitter, mama clown pink glitter, and pink glitter-y lipgloss
Brushes: 1 inch flat, 4 inch round, Sonya kashuk eyeliner brush

Step 1: make a ribbon coming down the forehead and swooping over the cheeks


Step 2: Make petal flowers (double load the brush for multiple colors)


Step 3: Add red hearts using the petal brush and the red paint. Add white teardrops, dots, drops and starbursts, dot the centers of the flowers and the sides of the hearts with yellow, add glitter and lip gloss. If I have tons of kids in line, I'll end the design here.


Step 4 (for when you have more time...or when doing a SBS valentine's design)
Add black outlines around the flowers. Add green leaves using the eyeliner brush.

I made a video! and I have finishing pictures...but I forgot to take step by step photos...does that disqualify this

It is funny because I tried painting a different design on my son first. He is 7, and when he relized I had painted a heart on his face he would not let me finish, and washed it off
I guess I will have to wait for another challenge to use him

Also, I love all the paintings so far. The one with the rainbow hair is very cute.

My Valentine Sweetheart Mask

step one: I used pearl purple tag to sponge on a mask


step two: add hearts on the border using tag fairy floss ( sticker is missing so hope that name is correct) colours with a #4 round brush

step three: I outlined with DFX white and used paradise red to add lettering


step four: I added stars and dots to the design with DFX white and then a tag pearl pink lip and applied iridescent pink glitter with a mist of water to stick it on at the end.

Doing this challenge I have learnt that I can not paint my own face, well done to all those that can!... Thankfully my little girl finally let me paint my design on her.

well here goes my 2nd entry. My daughter asked me to do a mermaid but with not so much green. (I have never done a mermaid before!!) she called it scalentine. lol...
