Hey guys:) I have lost my umph...

Hey everybody! How do you guys keep going. I mean I LOVE painting just as much as the next, but I am on a creative slump. I can't even say that lol. I have a whole sketch book full of ideas..waiting to be painted. Why haven't I painted them! I am frustrated with myself. Any one ever go through this??!?

Remove hands from keyboard.
Rise from chair.
Go grab your paints and brushes.
Paint a simple one stroke rainbow on your arm, you leg, or wherever.
Add Glitter, starbursts, dots.
Admire it.
Do another one.
Now think to yourself... "How can I make this simple rainbow different?"
Not a big challenge, but an effective one to get your creative juices to begin trickling again.

Thanks Miss Ronnie. I got up and did paint a couple things..nothing crazy..little Christmas things. I just need to keep doing it lol
