It's the Chakras with the tantric symbols for each, and the Kundilini Seprent fire rising up from the root chakra.

The bell is a traditional, functioning tibetan singing prayer bell tuned to the crown chakra (For spiritual and Psychic awakening)

I was able to recognize the OM in the forhead and figured the rest where symbols but was not aware of their connectivity. Very nice Job!!
