Examples of business card removal instructions
Anyone care to share yours? I'm putting mine together, but I'm trying to decide to keep it simple with just black and white wording or to add graphics to make it a little more interesting. I'll share what I've got so far as soon as I finish.
Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
Here's the plain jane one. Not sure on the wording just yet.
Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
Here's what I have on mine -
It's definitely borrowed from someone else but I can't remember who, I think I remember changing a few things but it's probably pretty close to the original.

Thanks guys! I decided to go with plain jane. This way I don't have to pay for color printing for the backside.
Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
Alright, Stacia, I really liked you're wording. Do you mind if I borrow it? If you don't this is what I'm going to go with.
Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
Whitney, you may want to revise that just a little bit... 1. Gentle "soup"... would that be chicken noodle?
otherwise... it looks great! short and to the point.

Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
I prefer to use body lotion instead of baby soap, it works better and reduce the possibility to get the soap into the eye, but it is just my opinion
Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
Baby soap is tear free so it's safer then getting lotion in the eye. No tears for those little ones

Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
I liked Stacia's, especially what she added about wipes and sleeping in it (cause a lot of kids DO want to go to sleep with it)!!!!!
Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
this is a very good idea to have! I've never seen any face painter carry this in my area, but it is a good excuse to get your own details on the back to your customer also.

Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
I just ordered my first set of cards before I saw this!! Do you think it would look tacky to make up some labels and stick them to the backs?
Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
I know that some others have done the labels. I don't think it looks tacky at all.
Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
As long as the labels match your card, ie white on white etc you should be okay.
Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
You can always use clear labels that way you don't have to think about matching paper types. I use my clear labels to put business info on anything that can walk off in big events like hand mirrors and laminated lists. If they take it their also taking my web address and phone number.
Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
Here's mine, wording inspired by many here on the forum, but like someone else said, I can't remember exactly who now.

Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
I hate to bump an old thread, but I was wondering if anyone is concerned about liability with giving instructions and saying what kind of products to use for removal. My hubby is in the emergency medical field, and as such, is always thinking about liability. He's concerned that putting instructions on my card could lead to problems. Has anyone experienced this or considered putting a disclaimer on there too?
If this has already been covered somewhere, please point me to the thread, I didn't see any others.
Thanks for the input!

Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
Liability for what? I have "baby shampoo" and "lotion," but that can be any brand.
I think there could be more problems if you don't put instructions on how to remove. If the paint stains the childs fair skin and they can't get it off, you just lost a future customer.

Re: Examples of business card removal instructions
So why do we all say not to sleep in face paint? As long as they know it may stain lighter sheets, and probably won't look as great in the morning, what's the harm? I know we are supposed to remove make up before bed, but I've slept in mine (make up that is) without any permanent damage.
