Going through and "liking" all the Facebook pages - but, some weirdness...

I'm finding that some of the pages don't show a "like" button or even a "send message" button to let people know that they have no "like" button... anyone else encounter that?

Some of these may just have typos in the list (which is a totally fabyoolous list - not meant as any type of criticism!), but, these are the ones that wouldn't pull up for me.

I've been noticing this too and it's been driving me nuts! I wonder if it's something to do with a difference between a business page and a personal account? IDK... I've been annoyed too that there are groups I can't seem to subscribe to under my page name but I can under my personal name. Kinda wanted to keep that seperate...

I just liked your pg. I know that sometimes when I am logged in as my business pg, it won't let me like certain pgs, but when I switch back to my personal pg,which isn't really personal,lol, I can. FB is weird.

keep in mind that you have to like other business pages from your personal account, not your business page, those "likes" don't count.
I always switch to my personal page and than like other businesses.

Woo Katerra I didn't know that. Also some peeps have FB and not FB pages. Don't think you can like them the reg FB.

Unlike the government, Facebook doesn't recognize businesses as people so there are some things you can do with pages and not. They were adamant that you not set up a business as a person and if they find you have, they may pull both accounts so I followed the rules....but it is frustrating. As you've found, you can't join groups, you can't share to groups or friend's accounts...I don't think you can even post pictures. It's kind of a one-way street where you post pictures and someone can look at them. But there's a catch to that, Facebook doesn't automatically send your posts to people. If they don't interact with your page, eventually it will stop sending them your posts and you have to pay to make sure they get them.
