I seem to have a memory of the forum discussing something like this while ago...I'm old, so my memory could be failing me like everything else. Thank you though for bringing it back to the forefront though...especially since more people have gotten into Glitter Tattoos recently.

I personally don't use the individual pads but rather a pump dispenser that I got from Sephora and I cut some cotton rounds in half and keep them in a container for my tatts. I just don't want to have to tear open little packets. It's a lot cheaper and better for the landfill.
