Line management for face painting & glitter tats?
I'm doing my first big festival in a couple weeks, and I was pondering over how to handle the lines...
There will be 3 of us face painting, and 2 doing glitter tattoos. The glitter tattoos will most likely be at a separate table.
Should I have one line for face painting and one line for tattoos? If I went that route, what if someone wanted face painting and tattoos? Do I make them get one, then get into the other line? I don't want to cause any frustration for anyone.
Or should I just have one line? I guess the downside of that would be that the line could get quite long.
What do you guys do?

if you have separate people doing glitter tattoos than face painting, then you will end up with two lines or you'll have people jumping because one of those spots are open and the others are waiting for something else. I'm sure with that many people working, you'll be able to keep it moving nicely. It must be a really big event to need that many of you.

Not entirely sure... I'll have to double check with the organizer!

I'd say it's one of 3 big summer festivals we have here. There are two other established face painters who usually do these festivals, and they have 5-7 other painters with them! And they have a line all day. I did glitter tattoos for Canada Day and had 2 other people working with me, and the line got pretty crazy sometimes.
That's true about people potentially jumping at an open spot... I'm kinda assuming face painting will be more popular than tattoos, so it might be annoying for people who want a tattoo to wait forever in a face painting line.
