How to clean a "practice head"

The paint on my "practice head" is dry. It stayed on overnight. I tried rinsing it with water. It is only a little help. What is the best way to remove the dried paint?

Sand blasting.....

Seriously though, some say just soap and water, alcohol (though I say save that for a stiff drink when it won't come off and you are frustrated)....

Sometimes a glycerin based soap gets some paints off better than others...someone suggested one of those 'scrubber' sponges that are sold under the name of 'wall erasers' and the like. I've not tried that!

I use coconut oil within a few hours and it works ok, but then I need to scrub the blue/greens still. I might try the magic erasers sold for getting crayons off the walls!

Ok, I will try wetting it with dishwasher soap first. Next, I will try one of the firm scrubbers.
