Who has a nice royal blue that has a good coverage? I am wanting something that will sponge or brush on opaque.

Don't buy TAG's. It's streaky. I had to make a custom mix with DFX Dark Blue to get the coverage with the washability. DFX Dark blue is really intense but it stains so I mixed the two and really like the resulting color.

Paradise Lagoon Blue works great w/ a sponge. I love Wolfe Metallic Blue for both sponge & linework, but I'm not sure if you're looking for shimmer.

I agree w/the Kryolan blue being gorgeous. DD was painting with it yesterday and I was really impressed with the richness and coverage.

I will have to try the Krylon. I am wanting the blue for boy's super hero sort of looks mostly. Being in Texas, the Snazaroo just doesn't work for me. The cakes turn into a goopy mess pretty quick and never seem to solidify again. I love it, but can really only use it between October and March.

I know this is an older thread, but I just received some new colors today and Wolfe FX has the MOST AMAZING deep blue right now! It is called "Deep Sea" and is a Limited edition hydracolor FABAIC 2012 exclusive color. It is gorgeous! Had I not had to go to work I would have played with it all day!
