Fantasy WW Sponges
So I just seen on lisas video that she bought the fantasy sponges and says she doesnt like them. I just placed an order on 10 of them. Has anyone used them? do you like or dislike them?

I like them best, now that I load the round side and paint with it, instead of the flat side. They are squishier, like Lisa says, but that's why they offer more flexibility.
I need more. Maybe next order...

They are great sponges. There's a thread about them on here somewhere.

Re: Fantasy WW Sponges
I have some WW sponges, but I seriously like the ones I got on Amazon best. They are truly much firmer... and I use both sides of the sponge, too depending on the design.
Re: Fantasy WW Sponges
It's funny... I recently ordered 20 of them, thinking they would replace my Wolfe sponges, but I like my Wolfe sponges WAY better.
The FWW sponges are so soft I have trouble getting bright, opaque application with my rainbow cakes.
The Wolfe sponges are bit more firm and coarse, and for some reason its waaaay easier to get a good application of my neon rainbow cake with it.
I've only been using my FWW sponges for dabbing on paint over BAMs. Maybe I still have to get used to them... but I'm definitely not getting the results I was hoping for.
Maybe after work I'll post a comparison of the two.

Re: Fantasy WW Sponges
Their all I use! I love them because they're so soft! I don't have vibrancy issues, but I can see where the softness could be an issue...Maybe a tweak to sponge loading technique is in order... i don't know...I just use them...

It's like everything else...brushes, paint, technique, glitter, etc. etc. .... personal style and preference.

Re: Fantasy WW Sponges
Using both cut up car wash sponges & the green soft ones, I reach for the green 1st. Easier to squish to the right size for little faces or a small area on larger design. Will use both, but it could be the way I cut my car sponges too big?
Re: Fantasy WW Sponges
Would love to see a comparison. I recieved them yesterday so I have to give them a try .
