Ok, so I've seen in alot of threads wondering if its Okay to use hairspray on a Kids face when its hot and you don't want the design to be ruined do to sweat like to conceal the paint... I think this will work... Idk if this product is offered on the form shop. Check it out and lmk if any of u have used it and its results.

Just for the record, that stuff stings like crazy when it gets in your eyes. Or at least it did for me.
Re: solution for runny paint when hot:)
I've heard of other people using it, but from personal experience I wouldn't on the face. I have used it for bodies.
Re: solution for runny paint when hot:)
Maybe only on arms/shoulders etc. I wouldn't want it sprayed directly on my face, although granted, hairspray inadvertently gets on people's faces all the time just from hair overspray.

I use this one [img][/img]
mostly on adults, but for kids its also ok. If its hot, first i try to offer not full face design, if kid wants full, i ask parents if they want to fix up face painting. The problem is that this fixer spray has smell, some children dont like it. normally i use it for arms and body designs. In Russia it costs too much, its about 60$, exspencive for me, so i use it economic.
Also i have this one [img][/img]
its the same, just different capacity and i dont like how it sprays! Big one is really good!

Re: solution for runny paint when hot:)
Love the fan!!!
I do not recommend spraying anything on a kid's face. These products are all pretty much the same thing & could cause a reaction. I use them for adult bodies only. There's products that will stop sweating, but again, sweating in major heat serves a purpose. It keeps people from over heating. Our art is temporary. If you really want it to hold longer switch to pressed powders for your base work (Starblend, Ben Nye Lumiere, etc). For linework, use white as much as possible (it runs less) & try to use a smaller linework brush so you have less paint on the face.

Re: solution for runny paint when hot:)
Limit the designs if you can. Try to avoid high sweat areas like the forehead. Maybe funky eye shadow w/ a few swirls, flowers, etc. It's doable. This is a full face design from an event that was so humid & hot that it created a massive thunderstorm. I took this pic minutes before the storm front came in.
All pressed powders. The linework is either DFX or Wolfe.

Love that alternative Linda! I've never tried starblends!

Those are actually Ben Nye Lumiere Pallet paints. They are very shimmery. Make sure to get some Smoothie blenders for applying them.
I'm not sure if Face Paint Forum Shop ships to Russia. PM Metina & ask her or ask under the Forum Shop section.
