Where's FABATV at?!?

I am gearing up to start my subscription, but I wanted to know what they would do for the people who lost time. Tells me more about the company, and whether I want to give them money.

I'll wait another week, and let everything settle down. I am really excited to see the Jurassic FP that the Wolfe Bros did.

Spoke with Carmen yesterday and she emailed the webmaster. I am still down (10 days now). Is anyone else still down or is it just me?

I can log in with the temporary pas word but every time I navigate to a new page it asks for my log in again then doesn't accept it.
So I too am unable to log in. .

I am just now chiming in on the subject. I am down still and my month to month is up tomorrow. I am wondering what's going on doesn't seem like good business to just leave us all hanging. I have sent e mails both have gone unanswered. And the fact that they said the will credit back 1 week to me is unacceptable. Not sure if they have a alterialmotive maybe they are not able to afford the cost of running the site seems they have cut the cost from what it was when they 1st started the site. I am sure some mole have been informing them of this tread and discussion . Just my opinion. I just ordered a year subscription of a step by step magazine in hopes this will give me the additional learning I need. Maybe I will not sign back up but it may be just what they want. Who know. I will keepchecking in to see if there is any new news...

I spoke with Carmen on Friday and she told me that things were getting better. Apparently had a massive foulup for a while. Understand that some people are back on. Unfortunately I'm still not one of them but hoping for results soon cause I do love it.

I doubt there is a ulterior motive. I'm able to access it just fine, so it really must be a technical issue isolated to certain accounts. :-(

Just saw this thread. I can log in and watch videos fine the last few days. I had problems a few weeks ago and contacted them. They told me to clear my history and empty my cache. It worked beautifully. I will say they respond fast!

It's the 15th and no new videos? When I click on the FABA tv live, it does show an ad for the live video on the 17th.

Are they going to reimburse the monthly subbies?! My auto paypal payment went thru a few days ago

I clear my cache and dump history every time I log out just being extra cautious with security. Apparently some user accounts got dumped-mine being one of them. Carmen said she would put a note on my account to credit for a week so I don't know if they are going to do it automatically or not. I'm heading toward two weeks down (11 days now).

How did you know you were able to log in? Did you use your old password or did they give you a new one. I am still not able to log on and emailed them again yesterday 3rd time and they debit my bank for the monthly subscription yesterday and I am still not able to log on or even get them to respond to my e-mailes.

Just saw on Facebook that Lisa Joy Young's new class on video game characters is now up and running. So there are new classes for the month.

I just got an e-mail with new login information. It worked!!!!

Faba TV just posted an email address on their FB page to send your info to if you can't log in. I just sent my info in and with in minutes I'm up. FINALLY.

Free Class tonight on FABA using stencils. These could be great for all those wanting to figure out and buy the BAM stencils. Tonight at 8 pm EST.

On a note, we should have the full set of BAMs back in stock any day now!

I am STILL unable to Log In!! Ahhhh. I really want to watch some classes.

954-472-5000. This is the number Heather called me from when she called to tell me she was e-mailing me my new login. Call and leave a message if you haven't already. It is very frustrating. I am not so sure that I will continue my subscription especially if this will be a even month event when they update the classes. Hope you get access soon.
