Where's FABATV at?!?

Typed in www.fabatv.com and it's not there anymore!

Some default page turns up saying the website adress does'nt exist?!

Do you know if they've changed their adress or what's going on?

The sight appears to be down. I am sure they are working on it in a panic right now.

So, they've been down a couple days now, a little surprised they have not addressed this with their subscribers via an E mail or something, and offered a credit or extention for days they are down

I know! My subscription ends soon, and I'm missing out. Hopefully, they will extend it to cover the time it has been down.

Site appears to be back up but it won't let me log on. Says I'm not found in database. Hard to take since I just paid for another month's subscription. My day off and was looking forward to having time to watch. Sorry..better now...just had to vent to people who understand this type frustration.

Yeah, I was hoping to watch a class this morning (kids went back to school today) and it won't let me log in either, Martha. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.

I gave them a call. They are supposed to be contacting webmaster about their database and getting back to me. Will post if I hear from them.

If you talk to them again, you might suggest the read this thread. I mean, people in the FP community are pretty understanding if kept in the loop.

Yah....I had a ton of "me time" this past weekend and was looking so forward to watching some classes. Very disappointed. Are we going to be reimbursed for the time down?

No idea. Still can't log in and still haven't heard back. If someone does call I will definitely shoot that question to them and suggest they take a look at this thread as well.

I was able to login and watch, but ONLY through internet explorer. Don't know if that helps you.

I just had to uninstall IE, re download and install, and still didn't get in.

Tried IE and Google Chrome. I can get to the login page then it tells me my data isn't correct. Never heard back from my phone call today either.

Definitely sounds like something with your specific account. I'm sorry. :-(.

Still Can't log in today, I sent them an e-mail. I am only a month in on my yr subscription.

I had the lost site for a few days, i can now login, but my account is marked as "pending", it also says to "schedule payment to activate my account", whatever that means.
I have sent them 3 emails and they only replied to the first one!

I'm sure they are trying. I do hope that they will consider credit for time down like someone said.

Yes, i bet they have bogged down with enquiries, let alone trying to fix stuff, its just frustrating!

Hi All. Just an update, i received an email today in reply to the last one i sent. They explained that during the process of what they were doing that some users accounts were reset. My account is now active.
So, if yours still isnt probably best you contact them.

I have a month to month subscription. I wonder if that makes a difference on their servers?

I did contact them yesterday. The person I spoke with was going to contact webmaster and call me right back. Didn't happen. E-mailed them today cause I'm still not in database. Frustrating to not be in database but still have your paypal account charged! Sorry, pet peeve of mine is when someone tells me they will get back to me and don't.

Wow, glad I read this thread. I was going to subscribe, and will delay my decision on this until it's resolved, and I see how they deal with their current subscribers to make good on the time the site was down!

Please keep us updated on your own experience. It looks like such a great opportunity to learn at my own pace, but I just wish it was less expensive!

Yeah my account is still down. Tried an e-mail 2 days ago. No reply. Wish Customer Service was better, even to say "We are working on it folks'

I got an email today that just had a temporary password in it for me. Still can't get in. Bummer. Oh well, I'll check back in a couple of days.

I just wrote a note to Heather (or whoever checks her email for her) letting her know that mine is up, but many of my friends are still down and it seems to be annual subscribers having the most trouble. It makes sense to me since month to month members have no expiration/renewal date. I'm sure their webmaster is getting a LOT of flack right now. I did mention also that their customer support needs to start returning calls or they run the risk of losing customers (I was polite about it - catch more flies with honey and all that). I hope you all get up and running soon! I'm off to my day job.
