Web page not updating??

Web page not updating?? Empty Web page not updating??

I made a new web page. I deleted the web link on my porfile page and added in the new address BUT the old link is still on my page and still leads to the old page. I want my NEW PAGE!! Crying or Very sad Any help to fix would be much appreciated. Thanks
