Raise your hand if you've painted at a tattoo expo!
I am contacting a tattoo expo to see if they would be interested in having me out, and wanted to hear from others who have done a similar event.
The information I found states they are trying to make it a family friendly event, so what's better than offering face painting.......right??

Yep, I was going to have that in my email as well.
If anyone has done a similar expo, I want to hear if this kind of art went over well with the tattoo expo crowd. I was thinking I could offer torso, back, shoulder painting as well.

I was actually contacted about one here but wasn't able to do it.
I had thought offering "temporary" ink tattoos - freehand - would have been a good sell. To do the design people were thinking about but not sure of, in temp inks... then they could decide if they wanted it permanently.

I think it would be cool for kiddos to get a realistic "tattoo". I always jokingly say "all of the fun and none of the commitment" when I am selling glitter tats. I really need to spend time researching the temp ink ones. I have no clue!

I'm curious who the audience will be. Even if it's family-friendly I don't think it will be a high-traffic event for kids, but I don't know for sure. If you have mature designs or offer to "fill in" tattoo outlines so people can try out various colors, you might have a better event.

I was thinking to offer more mature painting, like on shoulders, collarbone/decollatage, arms.
Like designs from tattoo flash books, that kind of thing.
