The white letters on black don't really bother me much. I don't mind scrolling in, but I don't really need to.

I'm sad I'm no longer a genius, but the biggest difference I can't figure out yet is the threads which have something new posted, since my last visit. They used to have a yellow star, or something, so my eye automatically went to them. I thought that the threads in yellow font were the new ones, or had new posts, but that's not the case. I just haven't figured it out. No complaint, just wondered if anyone knew what each color means? Some of the thread titles are in white, but the page numbers are yellow. And then some of the page numbers are yellow, but not all of them.

I just want to look at the new threads and/or the ones with new posts.

If you go to the main forum page, on the right hand side, at the top of the forum threads, there is a link that says "View all new posts since last visit"

I think the red square after the last poster indicates it is a new post, but I'm not sure.

I haven't been here in a while, WOW!! I don't like facebooks new timeline, or the stupid ticker thing they have, but I still go there. I'll still come here too, there's just a lot to figure out. I'm not even sure how to post what I'm typing....LOL. And I don't know what purple swirly background you all are seeing, because mine is black with white lettering!!
