How long should it take to paint a belly?

Hi, I am new here. I have been professionaly face painting for a year now, and want to expand my business to do belly painting. I am curious how long it takes most people to do their work. I know its about 5 min for a face or so, but have no idea with the face. I will be painting my sisters pregnant belly in Feb. I know it most likely depends on detail, but I was wondering what everyones adverage time is.

well...for me it takes about 1.5 hour but if its really about figures from a card or something 2.5 hour.... but its worth it!!

It took me 40 minutes on my first belly. I was able to add a lot of detail in that time. Using a kabuki brush for the base colour really sped things up, I think. My thread is just a few below this one, check it out if you want an idea of detail vs. time!

I just sketched the design out today. I like the way it looks on paper, I hope it looks just as nice on paper.

Most of my bellies are at least 2 hours long but that is usually as they want enough detail etc for a photoshoot. Glitter Tattoos (or paint) can be faster, it just depends what they want.

Its totally up to you; if I'm doing it on a stall, they would be 10 minutes or less!

Just make sure you use way bigger brushes than for faces or your design gets lost and looks all silly and spindly.

it really depends on the design..how much detail is in there..are there 4 poeh caracters or just one? between 1 hour and 2 hours...
