sharing my twilight tattoos
I may regret giving away all of my designs, but here goes! So many people on here have been helpful to me. I feel like I can't really offer anything of value to all of the amazing and talented face painters on here... but I do have some cool stencils to offer. I really don't anticipate that any of you will be at the SAME Twilight premier party as me, so this doesn't hurt me financially. These stencils took hours and hours of editing. They aren't perfect, but If you can make these work for your vinyl cutting machine, then I will be very happy. =) They have worked well for me.

Enjoy! You can create these stencils with a silhoette, Pazzles, or a cricut (with the right software). I purchase my vinyl from regional supply.

Re: sharing my twilight tattoos
Wow, those are cool, thank you. I don't even do "twilight" and there are still several that interest me.
Re: sharing my twilight tattoos
They are amazing. I can't use them but I can certainly admire your work.

Re: sharing my twilight tattoos
WOW! you created all those? They're amazing - that's a heckuva lot of work very nice of you to share those with everyone here.
I don't have a cutter, but I'm sure there are several who can make use of your generosity

Brilliant! I want to be at that Twilight party, look so impressive. (Plus I love Twilight.)
I never use stencils but I am inspired. Really nice of you to share and good luck with the party. x

Thank you again Kat. I really appreciate this.
Was going to get a silhouette at Michaels today with the 40% coupon, but no such luck. It specifically says not good on Silhouette or Cricut products.

Re: sharing my twilight tattoos
Thanks for the kudos guys, but I didn't design all of them. I just used clipart that I was able to find and then cleaned them up and tweaked them for stencil use. I did a LOT of work on the Cullen Crest and the Wolfpac tats. The font for the word tats is the actual font from Steph Meyer's book that a friend of mine hooked me up with. "Bite me" and "Vampire Girl", are in Edward's font. "wolfgirl" and "I run with wolves" are in Jacob's font. Faketoos has the same words, but I think not in the font I used. If you look at faketoos, ALL of the twilight words are in the same font. I dunno. Maybe nobody would care, but I thought it was cool that the font she used to show Jacob's writing is what I used. Cheesy? lol. I'm a twihard.
Re: sharing my twilight tattoos
Thanks Kat... just got a brand new Silhouette Cameo machine and making my own stencils is high on my list of things to do with it. Would you mind sharing a link to the type of transfer tape you use? I've tried the Cricut brand transfer tape and also just clear shelf liner and both were too hard to get off of the vinyl stencils (the shelf liner was a NIGHTMARE!) Thanks!
Re: sharing my twilight tattoos
Yes!! Transfer tape is hard. I have used several kinds. Unfortunately, I made a LOT with the kind that is similar to medical tape (comes in a long roll).. and the tack is too high. so.. I tried the kind that is only semi-transparent. It's off-white. It's called medium tack vinyl application tape. it's "paper tape". You can get it in sheets or in a huge roll. I use a LOT so I got the big roll. Much cheaper that way too.

Re: sharing my twilight tattoos
Careful with the paper type transfer tape. None of the stencils that i bought that used that are any good any more. They were fine at first, but some have been in my kit for a year and now, the tape doesn't come off.

Re: sharing my twilight tattoos
Kat, this is SUPER generous of you! I appreciate how much time and effort you went through to create these and share them. You're such a good person - your FP/glitter karma bank is full with this one! =)
Re: sharing my twilight tattoos
as a side note, I don't like how big some of the faketoos ones are...these are way more manageable size

Re: sharing my twilight tattoos
I like my faketoos, but wish I had only invested in the small ones. I just do not sell the medium and large size, so I may have to have a fire sale! I do keep reording the small. Live and learn. Maybe I do have something to put on the swap shop?
Re: sharing my twilight tattoos
Thanks so much Gilded! Good to hear Zildy. I didn't know how big the faketoos came. I think they make them bigger so the lines are bold enough to hold the glitter, but you can acheive bolder lines by tweaking the lettering, so hopfully they still last.
Re: sharing my twilight tattoos
That's what the crest looks like. It looks GREAT.
I only wish I had an event to do them at..... boo.
So tonight I'm just looking AWESOME.
