Those are great and I just might have to use em for an upcoming Halloween gig! Thank you ma'am!
Web Eye Design
For this design I used Metina's Halloween split cake which contains DFX violet, neon orange, light green, and metallix gold. For the black lines I used Paradise black, and a Loew-Cornell round #1. For white lines, DFX white, and a Loew-Cornell round #000. Also, Mehron gold glitter gel and gold Liquid Bling.

Twilight
I am computer challenged and this is the first time I have posted a step-by-step, so please bear with me. For my twilight design, I sponged on Snaz sheer sparkling red, orange & yellow on the left that blended into the Electric & turquois Blue on the right with lightest colors closest to the eyes.
Using pouncers, I added the moon and punkins.
Then added details to the punkins, bats across the moon, web and spider with a #4 round brush using Snaz black & white.
Finally I highlighted the bats and punkins. The camera didnt show up how the sunset blended nicely into the night in the center of the forehead. Forgive me, someday I will get used to using my new fangled camera for optimum photos.

Thank you for your entries. Voting will be up soon. As there is a lot going on for everyone right now the next challenge will begin mid Nov. through mid Dec. to give us all a break through the holidays. There will be no challenges mid Dec. through beginning of Jan.
