Question RE: Twinkle Tattoos

I'm getting a little nervous....I ordered my first kit off the Twinkle Tattoos website last Monday. I didn't realize they were in Hawaii. I kinda need them by this weekend. I clicked on the link they sent me to "track my order" and the website has been "closed for Maintenance" for 3 days. They have no phone number listed. Anyone know of any way I can get a hold of them? I thought I remembered something about them going on vacation, but I could be wrong.

I'm kinda in the same boat. Ordered the pro kit last Saturday (14th) and haven't received an update on my shipment status or any replies to messages sent. On their fb site it says they'll be on vacation from April 29 - May 8. I'm praying nothing is going wrong in their personal lives as they have responded rather quickly to service request emails in the past.

I checked her website just now, it says that the shop is down for maintenance.

Another member told me that they are out of stock and refunded her $$ to her via paypal. I'm so bummed. I will call them today. Thanks to everyone who responded. I feel like a fool for telling the kids last week that I'd have glitter tattoos this week. Hate to disappoint.

For a quick fix, if you are in the USA, it was posted here somewhere that Michaels now has temp sparkle tatts....

That was me Just remember the time difference It's 1am in Hawaii right now. I used to live in Mililani and my friends stateside would always forget the time difference and call me at 3 in the morning. Made for a very cranky girl friend

Where are you located?

A. Go to Michaels (for a quick fix)
B. www.signatureglitter.com has a similar kit and she ships super fast, if you ordered today I bet you would have it on time. (I got mine last week)

Thanks, all. Ria, I did think about the time diff, and was planning to call at 3pm (EST). I would go ahead and order from someone else, but I want to make sure I can get a refund from Twinkle first. Don't want to end up with two $150 kits!
As for Michael's...it's too expensive for what I would need (work at the Farmer's Market). Does anyone know if you can use your regular SF glitter on the glitter tats? I could buy the glue from Michael's and use the extra tats I bought from SF if I can use my regular glitter....?

I use whatever glitter I have (cosmetic) and Pros-aide glue and whatever stencils I have that someone wants as a glitter/mica tattoo...... I just use cotton tip (q tip) applicators to apply glue and eyeshadow/blender brushes to apply glitter or powder....

Yes, it is actually where I use the different colored glitters - I tend to just carry one or two colors for faces....

UPDATE: I sent an email and also called (left message). I didn't receive a response, but I did get a refund via Paypal. She noted that they are out of stock on many of the designs I ordered. SF was out of some, too.

I just ordered my glitters and glue from SF and I got my stencils at faketoos. You should check them out they have a lot of the same designs twinkle has and more. I spent more than I really should have but when you see all the stencils they have... drool

I get the majority of mine from signature glitter, and then I supplement some extra designs from faketoos.
