Hi Again Everyone..

I Love to know how you set up your booth/work space. Would love to look at some pictures... Smile)

1. How you pack your Paints & Accesories in your bag.

2. What kind of bag.

I always been having problems what kind of bag/kit that is suitable to drag from one place to another.. Sad

Much Love,

BOOTH SET UP/KIT/BAG Empty Re: BOOTH SET UP/KIT/BAG

I will be setting up really nice at my next big event and will take a pic. I love black and pink. So, I dress in a black nice shirt ,black apron. I wear a headband that I made that has pink and black feathers all over it, the kids love that. Black table cloths, and I use pink and black feather boas for decoration on the edge of my tables. I try to paint a lovely eye design on myself that coordinates. I don't always do this, depends on my mood of the day or the kind of event. My banner from Vista print is, you guessed it, pink and black. My Photo displays are still a work in progress but my set up is still a work in progress.

For small gigs I love the black travel bag from Matena's shop.

On regular gigs, I have a silver case from snaz. and I carry a pink and black bag from 31 for my extras.

I think it all depends on your style and what you like.

I'm seriously considering the Fatmax set up that so many on here have so that I can pull my stuff rather than carry. Smile

Hey Angela.. I love the idea of painting in your backyard. That sounds like fun! Smile Unfortunately I don't live in a house over here in Singapore and so i ain't got no yard. Lol! I live in an apartment and so i usually have to go out to places for gigs.

Awesome cards! That was one of my favorite designs they had too. I will take some pics. That particular gig isn't till May 7th. I used to have kind of a mixed up theme, and I just didn't feel it looked professional enough. Smile

I have a huge tackle box that folds out on both sides, (although I'm diggin that FATMAX!!!) and everything I have fits inside with room to spare! Since I'm a clown, I have an old vintage circus shirt that people LOVE--it's a green background with all primary colors, and now that she mentioned it, a pretty headband with those colors would be awesome to add to it! I love lots of colors, so I think now that I'm getting some bookings since we moved here, I might just color coordinate everything--what a great idea!
Just wanted to mention--did you already get your cards printed? It's just a little bit hard to read the headline of "Haneyquin". I really had to look at it to figure out what it said, and that's the most important part of the card!
Good luck! They look beautiful!

Now that you mention it Darlene, My first cards that I got, had the black background and I had made my writing to small and they were difficult to read. I finally have went with ones that are white in the background with one of my best photos off to the side. Writing in black. Maybe a little generic, but you can read them better. So Haney, maybe you could just make your fonts a little bigger. Smile

Its not only the size of the fonts, Its the fonts itself. I was so mad when I received the cards! Although I know its my fault. I shouldn't have chose these fonts. Reason why i didnt go with white or any other color is bcoz i dnt want the colors be off as i love the black, pink & gold combo. I ordered 250 cards and the next 250 cards at a discounted price. Cant remember how much as yall know Vistaprint keeps having diff promo. But anyway.. thank u ladies for the input.
Talkin about the FatMax!! I would love to have one. Saw the set ups from diff painters and they are just so awesome! I dont drive no car and I dont own one. So.. i think its not necessary for me to own a fatmax either.. Lol!!
