Paradise White versus DFX Metallic White for Bases

I was wondering if anyone could recommend either Paradise White or DFX Metallic White for bases? Does one cover and/or blend better than the other? Do you think the boys would be put off if their skeletons were metallic white? LOL Please post photos if you have any

In my experience, boys like the metallic paints as much as the girls. As far as coverage goes, I'm really not impressed with anyone's white for bases. Wolfe, DFX, Tag are hard to work with, Snaz, Kryolan, and Paradise seem "see through". White is the color that drive me nuts the most. I'd love to find one I actually like some day.

I always combine a regular white with metallic white..just mic them on my sponge and it works well for bases...IMO

I like paradise white or dfx metallic white for a base. It just depends the look I'm going for. The metallic makes a great muzzle & eyes for metallic tigers, cats, & puppies. For white skulls I prefer the paradise.

I use DFX and Wolfe white and get good coverage. If I want more opacity then I will mix in a little metallic white.
