and my favourite little ocean critter the flamboyant cuttlefish.

At the moment all I can think when someone says fish is Nemo cause my son watches it every time we get in the car to go to town or on a trip, and we did a big road trip on the weekend so I can now recite Nemo by heart. Pity I can't draw him as well - maybe I should sit in the back too and watch it! No way I could do this on the job yet it took ages and its kinda big cause I drew it on my leg so it just kinda filled the space but it was a good challenge

I love the idea of once a week and I need the practice. Will try to get something up tonight. You guys are so inspiring!

See below: These are why I shy away from doing fish designs (I did the kissy fish on my little girl about 2 1/2 years ago and the little yellow thingy fish is from 6 years ago). Now with that being said, I think it's time for me to attempt this fish thingy again & properly.... *sigh

oh, the kissy fish I saw somewhere on the internet....in some random place...I believe it was photobucket or something (of course it looked much better...sorry don't know who the originator of the design is)

Once a week is definitely more do-able for me. I haven't practiced fish nearly enough but here is my husband's last Halloween costume (and the one and only time he has allowed me to paint his face)
