What glue do you use?

I have a LOT of people who visit my website write and ask if I supply glue and glitter (which I don't), and then want to know what I buy and where. I have only dealt with one source, Amerikan Body Art, and I've been pretty happy with the glue I've gotten from there; although I can't tell you what it is because it comes in ABA's own branded bottle that simply says "Acrylic Body Adhesive". I had someone today ask me about Pros-aide, which I have heard of but never had a chance to use. SO . . .

What kind of glue do you use?

Where do you get it?

Have you had a chance to compare different brands from different sources?

Have you found that different glues actually give longer lifespans to your tatts?

I use the Glimmer glue and get it either from a friend who sells locally or through Glimmer Body Art. It's the only kind of glue I've ever used and I love it because it's latex-free and also great for adhering gems and other embellishments to the skin.

I have used Glimmers, signatureglitter.com's, and then I bought pros aide directly from there site and I think they all work the same... Some seem to have a thicker consistency but in the end they all seem to last the same amount of time to me.

I am a distributor for Glimmer Body Art, so I get all my supplies thru them. I have been very happy with the Glue. I have even watered it down a bit to help speed up the drying time, thus being able to do more tattoos an hour. It worked the same way. The tattoo stayed just as long. I'm very happy with all that Glimmer has to offer.

Faketoos, do a quick search and you will have your answers! I think someone mentioned that a lot of the companies *use* the ProsAide... my memory is not good, but I am pretty sure someone had all hte answers here at one point...

We also use Pros-Aide. I've tried Pro Adhesive and it has kind of a "stretching" quality to it after it dries, which is good for free-hand, but not so great for use with stencils.
