How do you... different colours glitter tattoos

I've tried making a few glitter tattos on my kids. It is freehand since I don't have any stencils. but how do you make something like this:

The different colours are very "crisp and clean" not blending?

well you could do the first part...the green first, then take the glue and do the silver part... then the red, etc...

But can you paint glue on top of the red for example, and then add the white / black?

You absolutely can put the glue on top of the glitter. I have stencils and kids ask for more detail. For example I have a nice shark stencil but a kid wanted him to have an eye and gills which the stencil does not have, so I did that after I put the base of the glitter on by placing the glue on top and drawing lines with it for the gills and then just put another color on top. The glitter will stick wherever you put that glue.
