Using starblend mehron powders

Well in most forum I own or moderate in it's possible to move threads, But only if you have mod powers. 

Some forums have an administrator panel, some you can select the thread and there is an action area where you can select to move the thread. Others you can directly edit the persons post and change where it was posted. Not sure what interface this forum has, but I have yet to see one without some way of moving things around. Some times only the owner can do these things unless they allow the mods certain privileges.

*shrug* worth poking around to find out?
