mehron 3-D gel Empty mehron 3-D gel

Wondering if anyone has used the Mehron 3D gel for SFX & how they found it? I just got some but so far am not loving it...it stays quite sticky and gets on sponges & brushes when I paint over it. I'm not sure if it's just a bad batch or something? or maybe because it's warmish here at the moment? or does this product always stays quite sticky?Question

I use it and love it ... the trick Is to powder it once it has dried then it will not stick another trick I use is I latex over it that way it will stay on longer if it will be on long periods it will sag but the latex stops that
