"rake brush"??
I just heard about a 'rake brush' today....I guess you use it to do grid lines? lace? Does anyone have a picture of this brush? (don't know if it comes in different widths)...and does anyone have samples of how it is used? Thankyou...

Re: "rake brush"??
I use it regularly to create hair on big fat spiders, to do my pirate's beard and moustache (he has a beard like jack sparrow), and so on...

Dear Ester K-D:
If you are coming to the CNE this year, come into Kid's World and I will show you my rake brush. I use it to sculpt around the edge of the face for wolves, lions, beards & mustaches.

Re: "rake brush"??
It sounds like you are describing the one that is more like a fork. I haven't tried that one for hair...I have more of the shaggy kind but are fabulous for the things the others have described. Hulk eyebrows, pirates, fur, grass, butterfly wing black. pine needles. It kind of depends on how you load it.
Re: "rake brush"??
Yes Denise....I think it must be more 'fork like". I DO have a brush with cutouts that I use for fur etc. but the hairs are too close together to make 'lattice like" lines for lace etc. I'm not able to load my 'fur' brush to create the fine, separate lines for lace etc. So there must be a different brush out there with wider and longer cutout areas!

From Suzy's link it looks like they are called wisp brushes. The come in fans, angles and filberts. Post pictures if you end up figuring it out.
