Okay, in all seriousness; I have a drape cape that is weighted a bit. It helps autistic children and children with sensory issues feel calm and still. Mostly I keep my left hand on their head, talk to them and paint fast. My apron has a bright picture on it for them to look at as well. Once I wore glitter balls on springs attached to a head band.
