Belly Design Trial and Sample idea

I had wanted to be able to paint a sample of the belly I was to paint on
my first client so I painted it on the inside of this plastic bowl that I got at
the dollar store. I spray painted the inside a matt gold colour to give it a more
skin like colour, painted on the design and varnished over it. It allowed me to
show my client what I had in mind, plus I can use it to promote this aspect
of the business at trade show. I can't wait to paint other "samples". [img][/img][img][/img]

I assume you painted the sample with acrylic....

I actually used my face paints as I wanted to replicate the same colours. The varnish over it is spray to seal the work.

Great design! I like it as a bowl too!
