Avengers Movie Premier!

My husband was given two free passes to see a premier of the Avengers tonight so of course we went! It was AWESOME! I'd better start brushing up on Captain America, Hulk, and Iron Man and try to come up with something for Black Widow and Hawkeye! Anyway, if you like action and superhero movies, this one is well worth the price of admission. We may have to go see it again when it actually comes out next week! Just had to share!

So so so so so so so so so so so so jealous right now. I mean the green monster inside of me right now is the incredible hulk.

I'm glad to hear it...the previews don't really excite me so I'm glad to hear something positive.

My family are big Marvel fans (Avengers was the 1st comic I started to collect), so we're pretty excited. We've loved the build up of all the movies till now. My 10 yr old loves the State Farm/Avengers commercials on TV

Thy set up Balck Widow and Hawk Eye in a way that could lead to more spin-offs too!

Saw the Avengers tonight. Totally recommend. Joss Whedon has certainly delivered a good ensemble cast.

And I want to come up with face paint designs based on all of the Avengers now.

I loved it!!! I am a superhero movie junkie, my boyfriend is a huge comic book nerd, and we both thought it was amazing.

I sooooo wanted to go, but it was my best friend's 21st birthday party so I was otherwise occupid, lol. We were too sick Friday to go and I had a gig Saturday, so Sunday is the day!! I can't wait! I've been waiting for MONTHS for this movie!

I will be painting at the premier tonight at my local theater, is a PPF, hope it 'goes well, I'll be painting all the Marvel heroes, I won't have a chance to see te movie but I will post the new designs.

I LOVE your Hawkeye! Sometimes when Hollywood removes the mask, our only choice is to go back to the graphic novels for inspiration! I don't know what to do for Black Widow except some sort of mask with either the red hourglass shape or actually paint a black widow spider somewhere on the mask. It would only be "inspired by" as I have yet to find an image of her actually wearing a mask.

I had this one as a Black Widow, they loved, I ask them if I could change the colors (purple for red) and they didn't want it, I was so busy and didn't take pictures so.[img][/img]

I saw the movie on Saturday... enjoyed it.

Favourite moment - Hulk smashing Loki, shwump, shwump, shwump! All the kids in the theatre loved it too! LOL

Me too Shannon! but only because Loki bears a shockingly uncanny resemblance to my ex (who's also a real d*****bag).

Love that Black Widow, Luz! I also got a kick out of ragdoll Loki. I just really enjoyed Iron Man's dry humor (love all the new stuff Robert Downey Jr. does actually) and face it, Thor is certainly nice to look at!

Capt. America isn't bad either...

He's a little too straight and narrow for me. I like a little edge. ;-)
