My Avengers

Hiya everyone. Haven't been on here much, so thought I would share a little. Had a super hero party to prepare for last weekend, loved it!! Best bit.....didn't even have to paint a Spidey, yay!! This was part of my prep. Didn't get to take any pics so at least I have these. Plus, I enjoyed the movie, so just wanted to paint them up.

Awesome! Love it...especially the fact that you've simplified many of the designs and gave the Hulk more depth than the standard Hulk face sports! Thanks for sharing. If you don't mind, I'd like to snatch Iron Man and Hawk for my repitoire!

Wow, Rae! Makes mine look like child's work.

I have to keep my faces to 3-5 minutes which limits the detail work that goes into them.

Out of curisity, how long do your Iron Man and Hulk take you to do on someone else?

Don't know why you couldn't tag me, I guess it has something to do with my settings, I'm a bit FB stooopid lol. I can't actually see your post either, you probably have it set for friends only or something. Not sure. But thank you anyway. x

Manja - sorry, don't visit the forum as regularly as I used too and then I only do a quickie scan....I haven't actually painted an Iron Man on someone else yet! lol But I have done Hulk a few times. I would only spend 5 mins or so. Of course I couldn't get this detail, (unless for a private booking) I'd do a more simplified version. When painting myself I take my time and try to get the best result I can. Just for fun. On the job, if I have time for extra shading etc I will fit in what I can. I find having spent the time before on myself helps with speed later when I'm working.

Wow Rae your work is outstanding. I have such a small forehead it is hard for me to practice on myself like you do. Great job!
