Camera issues Empty Camera issues

Mad my camera is putting black spotches on faces when I take pictures of the paintings I've done, three gigs dozens of of pictures and 3 out of 5 will have these big black splotches. It's a Kodak 14mgpk point and shoot. It's a fairly new camera. Has anyone ever had this happen? I'm ready to scream! I was trying to get new pictures for my web page... Sad very frustrated right now

Either the lense is dirty, or somehow you got dust on the optical sensor, in which case it will need to be cleaned by Kodak service center.
