Specialty Insurance Questions Empty Specialty Insurance Questions

I looked at Specialty Insurance. Would I need a vendor or performer contract? Does a performer contract allow you to do fairs and such? What the major difference between the two?

A performer's contact will cover only yourself, and a vendor's contract will cover any employees/partners/etc you have working with you at events. As far as I know, that's the only real difference. I have performer's insurance since I usually work by myself. It's a good deal cheaper.

I have been talking to specialty insurance, but it seems vendor insurance will not cover your employees if you paint at a customer's home for a party etc. Does anyone know of an insurance company that also covers painters
