Details: Any cheek art or full face design using the "Under the Sea" theme. Ends Midnight August 31, 2009 Pacific Time.

Rules: Must show step by step of the design making sure to list products and tools used. All pictures or slides MUST be viewable in your post. Please do not include links to the photos.

Using a slideshow is recommended, but not a requirement. If you use the slide show, please post a seperate photo of the final product also. Please do not include the music.
